Types of Water Damage
There are three main categories of water damage:

Category 3: Black Water Damage

Is Water Damage the Same as Flood Damage?
While both can cause extensive damage to property, they are distinct occurrences.
- Flood damage is caused by an overflow of water from a natural body of water, such as a river or lake.
- Water damage can also occur from other sources, such as a burst pipe or a leaking roof.
